Getting Started

How do I create an account?
Click "Register" on the top right, choose Customer or Seller, verify your email with OTP, and set up Google 2FA for added security.
How do I verify my email?
After registering, we send a 6-digit OTP to your email. Enter it on the verification page to complete signup.
What is two-factor authentication (2FA)?
We use Google Authenticator for extra security. Scan the QR code during registration and enter the 6-digit code from the app each time you log in.

Orders & Shipping

How do I track my order?
Go to My Orders in your dashboard, click on the order, and press "Track Shipment" to see real-time updates.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by seller and location. Standard delivery is typically 3-7 business days within Pakistan.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel before the seller ships. Go to My Orders, select the order, and click "Cancel Order".

Payments & Billing

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and wallet balance.
Is my payment information secure?
All transactions are encrypted with SSL and we never store your full card details.
How do refunds work?
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Wallet refunds are instant.

Returns & Refunds

What is the return policy?
Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. The product must be in original condition with tags attached.
How do I initiate a return?
Go to My Orders, select the delivered order, click "Return Request", fill out the reason and submit.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the item is defective or wrong, the seller pays. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer may pay return shipping.

Account & Security

How do I change my password?
Go to Account Settings > Security, enter your current password and your new password, then save.
How do I enable/disable 2FA?
In Account Settings > Security, toggle Two-Factor Authentication. You'll need your authenticator app to confirm.
How do I update my profile information?
Go to Account Settings > Profile, edit your name, phone number, or other details and click Save.

How do I become a seller?
Register as a Seller, complete your business profile, upload required documents, and wait for admin approval (usually 1-3 business days).
What are the seller fees?
Commission rates vary by category (typically 5-15%). Check the Commission settings in your seller dashboard for exact rates.
How do I receive payments?
Set up your payout method in Payout Settings. Withdrawals can be requested once your balance reaches the minimum threshold.

Live Streaming

How do I watch a live stream?
Visit the Live Streams section from the main navigation. Active streams show a red "LIVE" badge.
Can I buy during a live stream?
Yes! Sellers showcase products during streams and you can add items to your cart directly.
How do sellers start a live stream?
Sellers go to Live Streaming > Start Live Stream in their dashboard, set up the stream details, and go live.

Group Buying

What is Group Buying?
Group Buying lets multiple buyers pool together to unlock bulk discounts. The more people join, the lower the price.
How do I join a group buy?
Browse active Group Buys, select one you like, and join before the deadline. You pay only if the group reaches the minimum participants.
What happens if the group doesn't fill?
If minimum participants aren't reached by the deadline, the group buy fails and no charges are made.
